In
the antique mythology the universe was divided
into three parts with three brother gods.
Jupiter was assigned the heavens, Pluto
the middle earth and Neptune the oceans.
In matters of astrology Neptune's gender
is more difficult to determine, a goddess
with a predilection to ponder and inspire,
namely a muse. Secrecy, mystery and flight
from reality are associated with Neptune.
Neptune's powers of energy are reminiscent
of Venus, though on a higher more mature
level. If Neptune's influences are positive
or negative is wholly dependant on which
energies they are in combination with. Neptune's
best qualities are when they give inspiration
for example to music or writing. A good
Neptunian enjoys being generous and expects
no returns for their kind deeds.
Less positive are influences of laziness,
daydreaming, escapism and the misuse of
drugs. Phobias, obsession and morbidity
can also be traced to Neptune.
Keywords: sentiment, fantasy, inspiration,
selfless giving, universal love, empathy,
psychic powers, drugs, corals and ebony.
Gods: Poseidon is the Greek counterpart
to Neptune. Njord means "not of earth"
and is the ancient Nordic god of the sea.
Bodily aspects: epyphysis, the human
aura and parts of the nervous system.
